Baia Fish is a newly established fish freezing industrial unit in Baía Farta (Angola), equipped with state-of-the-art technology for receiving, handling, freezing, and preserving fish. Vacuum pump discharge virtually eliminates fish breakage, while receiving tanks with chilled seawater and cutting-edge processing equipment ensure that the product leaves the factory frozen with unparalleled quality. The project also included the construction of a 24m enclosure with a hold capacity for 60 tons of fish to serve the fish market. The installed freezing capacity is 160 tons/day in four high-efficiency tunnels with technology that allows two daily freezing cycles, with a frozen product storage capacity of 300 tons in two cold storage chambers.
