Project Progress
1st quarter
Earthmoving and foundation work has begun, including excavation, leveling, and soil compaction, ensuring the appropriate geotechnical conditions for the main structure, as well as the construction of footings and foundation beams, guaranteeing the necessary structural stability for subsequent construction phases.
In parallel, work has begun on the annex buildings, with preparation of the technical and support areas.

2nd quarter
Completion of the foundations for the main building and annexes, and commencement of construction on the pier and metal structure, intended to house the receiving, processing, and freezing areas.
In the annex buildings, structural work continued using reinforced concrete, ensuring stability and integration with the other industrial infrastructures.

3rd quarter
Completion of the assembly of the main building’s metal structure, including the beams and pillars that will support the cladding and roofing panels of the industrial building.
Continuation of work on the warehouse and technical area structures, ensuring compatibility with utility networks and refrigeration systems.
The administrative building has seen significant progress, with the structure nearing completion. This building integrates office areas, an industrial kitchen, and a cafeteria, designed to ensure adequate support conditions for operations and personnel allocated to the Fish Processing and Freezing Facility.
On the pier, the execution of the maritime foundations and the assembly of the first support structures have begun.

4th quarter
In the industrial building, progress was made on the reinforced concrete slabs and the mezzanine construction, with the installation of industrial refrigeration and insulation work beginning.
In the warehouses and technical buildings, infrastructure work (water, sewage, and electricity), plastering, and window and door frame installation continued, including the installation of the transformer substation.
In the administrative building and cafeteria, and in the residences, infrastructure work and the construction of slabs and finishes took place, with the start of the metal roof structure in the residences.
On the pier, the main structure and deck were completed, with the start of the pavement and support structures for piping and networks.
In the general infrastructure, progress was made on external networks and the construction of earthen retaining walls.

5th quarter
In the industrial building, activities related to the complex’s special installations are underway, notably the completion of the assembly of the three IQF freezing tunnels and the isothermal system, as well as the final phase of the ammonia refrigeration network installation. The other industrial refrigeration systems are in advanced stages of execution. Simultaneously, electrical lighting installation work continues, and preparations are underway to assemble the industrial process equipment.
In the other buildings, finishing work is progressing. On the pier, concrete paving continues, and the saltwater and freshwater piping is already installed.
