Project Progress
1st Quarter
Commencement of earthworks and foundation works, including excavation, grading, and soil compaction, ensuring adequate geotechnical conditions for the installation of the main structure. Construction of footings and foundation beams was carried out to guarantee the structural stability required for subsequent construction phases.
In parallel, work began on the ancillary buildings, with the preparation of technical and support areas.

2nd Quarter
Completion of the foundations for the main building and annexes, and start of works on the pier and the steel structure designed to accommodate the reception, processing, and freezing areas.
In the ancillary buildings, reinforced concrete structural works continued, ensuring stability and integration with the rest of the industrial infrastructure.

3rd Quarter
Completion of the assembly of the steel structure for the main building, including the beams and columns that will support the cladding and roofing panels of the industrial hall.
Ongoing construction of the warehouse and technical area structures, ensuring compatibility with utility networks and refrigeration systems.
The administrative building recorded significant progress, with its structure nearing completion. This building includes office spaces, an industrial kitchen, and a cafeteria, designed to provide adequate support conditions for operations and staff assigned to the Fish Processing and Freezing Facility.
At the pier, the construction of the maritime foundations began, along with the installation of the first support structures.
