The most recent Industrial Fish Freezing Unit built in Baía Farta in Angola, has cutting-edge technologies in the handling, freezing and conservation of fish, being equipped with fish unloading using a vacuum pump, which allows the fish to suffer no damages during the process, fish reception tanks with refrigerated sea water and state-of-the-art process equipment that results in a frozen product leaving the factory with unbeatable quality. The installed freezing capacity is 130 Tons/day in three high-efficiency tunnels with a technology that allows two daily freezing cycles, with a frozen product conservation capacity of 400 Tons in two refrigerated chambers.
